Which features are included in every plan?
Every plan includes unlimited members and Memberships, recurring payments on 10 gateways, content restriction, drip content, the member directory and 41 add-ons such as coupons, gift memberships and Zapier. Full Package and Agency add 46 Pro add-ons, like group accounts, pay per post and two-factor authentication, plus 3 more payment gateways.
What’s the difference between add-ons and Pro add-ons?
All 41 add-ons are in every plan. The 46 Pro add-ons, such as group accounts, pay per post, two-factor login and the Elementor and Divi lockers, come with Full Package and Agency.
How many members can I have?
As many as you like. Every plan includes unlimited members and unlimited Memberships.
Is there a free version of Ultimate Membership Pro?

Will I receive updates?
Yes. Your plan includes plugin updates, and we release new versions often. You can see every release in the changelog.
How do I get support?
Customers open a ticket on our support desk with their license details. Every ticket gets its own number, so you can follow the replies online.
Where can I find the documentation?

Setup and compatibility
What you need on your site, and what Ultimate Membership Pro works with.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You set up Memberships, payments and access rules from the Ultimate Membership Pro dashboard, and place the register form, member directory and account page on your pages with shortcodes or blocks.
Does it work with my page builder?
Yes. Ultimate Membership Pro works with Elementor, Gutenberg and WPBakery, and its forms and pages sit inside your theme’s layout. With Full Package you can also lock individual Elementor widgets and Divi sections.
Does it work with my host?
Yes, on any WordPress host where cron jobs run on the server and WordPress can send email with wp_mail(). Kinsta, Cloudways and SiteGround are hosts we recommend.
Is it suitable for large membership sites?
Yes. Ultimate Membership Pro was tested with 100,000+ members and more than 1 million payments in stress tests.
Do I need WooCommerce to sell memberships?
No. Ultimate Membership Pro has its own checkout with 10 payment gateways, 13 with Full Package. WooCommerce is an option for stores that want to sell Memberships as products.
Can I translate it?
Yes. Forms, emails and messages can be translated with WPML and String Translation.
Payments, Memberships and content
How members pay, and what happens to their access.
Which payment gateways can I use?
Every plan includes PayPal, PayPal Express Checkout, Stripe Checkout, Stripe Connect, Braintree, Mollie, Authorize.Net, 2Checkout, PagSeguro and bank transfer. Full Package adds PayFast, Paystack and Razorpay with recurring payments.
Can I take recurring payments?
Yes. Set a Membership to bill every set number of days, weeks, months or years, and the built-in online gateways charge members automatically. Bank transfer payments are confirmed by you instead.
Can I offer a free trial?
Yes. Add a trial to any Membership, free or at a lower price, for a set period or for a number of billing cycles.
Can I lock only part of a post?
Yes. Wrap the section in the Inside Locker shortcode, or use its Gutenberg block, and choose who can see it. Everyone else sees your message, with or without a login form, while the rest of the post stays public.
What happens when a Membership expires?
Only active Memberships unlock content, so the content locks again when a Membership expires. New sign-ups that haven’t paid yet stay on hold until the payment goes through.
Can I approve members before they get access?
Yes. Turn on manual approval and new sign-ups wait as pending until you approve them.
Moving to Ultimate Membership Pro
Bringing your members over, or moving from the earlier edition.
Can I move my current members over?
Yes. Import users and their Memberships from a CSV file, with their start and expiry dates.
What’s the difference between Ultimate Membership and Ultimate Membership Pro?
Ultimate Membership is the earlier edition, on the 13.x line, with a one-time license. Ultimate Membership Pro is sold directly on this website on yearly plans, starts with version 14.0 and gets the new features and the Pro add-ons. See the full comparison.
Do I lose anything when I switch to Ultimate Membership Pro?
No. You install Ultimate Membership Pro on top of your current plugin, and your members, subscriptions, settings and content are all kept. Nothing needs setting up again.
Is there a free download or a nulled copy?
There’s no free version, and no one can promise a nulled copy is safe, because it has been changed by someone other than the developer. You can try Ultimate Membership Pro for free in the live demo. Why nulled copies are risky.
