What you’ll use alongside it

Ultimate Membership Pro runs memberships. A few club jobs belong to other tools.

Not part of Ultimate Membership Pro

Event tickets and bookings: use an events plugin next to it, and lock event pages to members if you like. Card scanning at the door: cards are printable, with no QR code or wallet pass. Sending the newsletter itself: your email platform sends it, and Ultimate Membership Pro adds members who tick the opt-in box at sign-up to your list. Family and company memberships need Full Package. Everything else on this page works on every plan.

Can members pay their dues every year automatically?

Yes. Set a Membership to bill every year and the built-in gateways, such as Stripe and PayPal, charge members automatically. Members get an email before their Membership expires.

Can members pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Bank transfer is included in every plan. You confirm the payment yourself, and the Membership becomes active.

Can I approve members before they join?

Yes. Turn on manual approval and new sign-ups wait as pending until you approve them.

Can members print a membership card?

Yes. The Membership Card add-on puts a printable card in each member’s account page, with their name, Membership and dates. You choose the template, size, labels and image.

Can I import my current member list?

Yes. Import users and their Memberships from a CSV file, and keep their start and expiry dates.

Do you support family or corporate memberships?

Yes, with Full Package. One person pays for the group and invites the others by email, up to the seats you set for that Membership.
