How the Pro add-ons work

Pro add-ons come with Full Package and Agency. The Pro plan doesn’t include them. Some Pro add-ons need another plugin or account: Elementor, Divi, WooCommerce, Slack, JivoChat, your email tool, or a PayFast, Paystack or Razorpay account. The basic PayFast, Paystack and Razorpay gateways take one-time payments. Recurring payments need the Pro gateway versions, and none of the three gateways supports trial periods. Two-factor codes go by email, SMS or both. SMS codes need TeleSign, BulkSMS, Messente, InfoBip or ClickSend. Divi Content Locker works on Divi sections, rows and columns.

Which plans include the Pro add-ons?

All 46 Pro add-ons come with Full Package and Agency. The Pro plan includes the 41 add-ons that are in every plan, but not the Pro add-ons.

What’s the difference between add-ons and Pro add-ons?

The 41 add-ons, such as invoices, taxes and invitation codes, are in every plan. The 46 Pro add-ons, such as group accounts, pay per post, two-factor login and the Elementor and Divi lockers, come with Full Package and Agency.

Can I take recurring payments with PayFast, Paystack or Razorpay?

Yes, with the Pro versions of those gateways, which come with Full Package and Agency. The basic versions take one-time payments, and none of the three supports trial periods.

Do the Pro email add-ons sort members into lists by Membership?

Yes. MailChimp PRO, ConvertKit, MailPoet Pro and Mailster Pro add members to lists by Membership, and Mailster Pro also removes them when a Membership expires.

Can I move from the Pro plan to Full Package later?

Yes. You can change plans at any time. Full Package adds the 46 Pro add-ons to the 41 add-ons you already have, and covers 3 sites instead of 1.

Which Pro add-ons need another plugin or account?

Elementor Widget Lock needs Elementor, Divi Content Locker needs Divi, WooCommerce Redirect needs WooCommerce and Restrict JivoChat needs JivoChat. The email add-ons, Slack and the PayFast, Paystack and Razorpay gateways need an account with that service, and SMS codes for two-factor login need an SMS provider.
