Which plans include group memberships?
Group accounts come with Full Package and Agency. CSV import, invitation codes and gift memberships are in every plan.
Who pays for the group?
The group owner. They buy the Membership, and the people they invite get the same access.
How many people can join a group?
As many as the seats you set for that Membership.
How do people join a group?
The owner invites them by email from their member portal, with a personal message.
Can the owner remove someone?
Yes. Owners invite, manage and remove group members themselves.
What happens when the owner cancels?
Everyone in the group loses access when the owner cancels or the Membership expires.
Can I add an organization’s members myself?
Yes. Import users and their Memberships from a CSV file, or give a Membership to any user from your dashboard.
Can I sell gift memberships?
Yes, in every plan. With Membership Gifts, buying a Membership gives the customer a single-use gift code for another Membership, with a flat or percentage discount up to 100%. Buyers find their codes in their account page.
Is a group account the same as a corporate membership?
