What can members do in their account page?

See their Memberships and orders, renew or finish a payment, cancel, print invoices, update their profile and avatar, and print their membership card. With Stripe Connect they can also pause and resume.

Can I add my own tabs?

Yes. Member Portal Tabs adds tabs with your own name, icon and content, and you can drag all tabs into the order you want. It’s included in every plan.

Can different Memberships see different tabs?

Yes, with Full Package. Restrict Member Portal Tabs decides which tabs each Membership unlocks.

Can members upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Members can move between Memberships, and the Prorating Subscriptions add-on works out the price difference.

Does the portal work with WooCommerce or BuddyPress?

Yes. It can show up as a tab in WooCommerce My Account or in a BuddyPress profile.

Can I change how the portal looks?

Yes. Choose a ready-made design for the header and tabs, write your own greeting, turn the avatar on or off, and pick which table columns show.
