Which plan includes membership cards?
Every plan. Membership Card is one of the add-ons included with Ultimate Membership Pro.
Where do members find their card?
In the Membership Cards tab of their account page. You can also place the card on any page with a shortcode.
What’s on the card?
The member’s name, their Membership, the date they joined, the expiry date and their member ID, with your image. You can rename the labels.
Can I change the design?
Yes. Choose one of three templates and a size, add your image and rename the labels.
Can members add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
No. Cards are printable. Members print them, or save them as a PDF, from their browser.
Can I give cards to some Memberships only?
Yes. Pick the Memberships that come with a card. Members of other Memberships don’t see one.
Do I need a separate membership card generator?
No. Ultimate Membership Pro makes a card for each member from their account details. Turn on Membership Card, choose the Memberships, and members find their card in their account page.
Can I add a QR code or barcode?
No. Cards show the member’s details as text, without a QR code or barcode, so they can’t be scanned. Staff check the name, Membership and expiry date on the card.
Is there a limit on how many cards I can give out?
No. Every plan includes unlimited members, and every member of a Membership you choose gets a card.
