What the cards are, and aren’t

Straight answers, so you know what to tell your members.

Printable cards
Cards are printable pages. Members print them, or save them as a PDF, from their browser. There’s no Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass, and no QR code or barcode to scan. Only members of the Memberships you pick get a card, and the expiry date follows their Membership.

Which plan includes membership cards?

Every plan. Membership Card is one of the add-ons included with Ultimate Membership Pro.

Where do members find their card?

In the Membership Cards tab of their account page. You can also place the card on any page with a shortcode.

What’s on the card?

The member’s name, their Membership, the date they joined, the expiry date and their member ID, with your image. You can rename the labels.

Can I change the design?

Yes. Choose one of three templates and a size, add your image and rename the labels.

Can members add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

No. Cards are printable. Members print them, or save them as a PDF, from their browser.

Can I give cards to some Memberships only?

Yes. Pick the Memberships that come with a card. Members of other Memberships don’t see one.
