Control When Members Can Cancel Their Subscriptions
This add-on gives administrators full control over when members are allowed to cancel their subscriptions.
Instead of allowing immediate cancellation, you can define specific rules that determine when the cancel button becomes available inside the member dashboard.
How It Works
Once activated, this add-on adds conditional access to the Cancel Subscription button on the member’s account page.
You can choose to display the cancellation option only after:
- A minimum number of subscription cycles (installments) have been completed or
- A specific period of time has passed after subscription start
This ensures members remain subscribed for a required duration before being allowed to cancel.
Configure Cancellation Rules
✅ Based on Installments
Set the number of billing cycles a member must complete before gaining access to the cancel button.
✅ Based on Time Period
Allow cancellation only after a custom period (days, weeks, months, or years) has passed.
For example:
If a subscription renews monthly and you set a 2-week delay, the cancel button will appear 1 month + 2 weeks after signup.
