Here’s how seats, access and billing work, so you can price your team plans.

Good to know before you sell to teams

Seats are set per Membership, not per buyer. To sell a bigger team, create another Membership with more seats.People in a group have access only while the buyer's Membership is active.The buyer pays one price for the Membership. The price doesn't change with how many seats they fill.Invoices open in the Member Portal and in Payment History, where they're printed or saved as PDF.Group accounts and the Manager Role need Full Package. Everything else on this page works on every plan.

What is a team membership?

One organization pays for a Membership that covers several people. In Ultimate Membership Pro, the buyer gets the number of seats you set and invites colleagues by email, and everyone in the group gets the same access.

How many seats can a team have?

You choose. Set the number of seats on each Membership, for example 5, 10 or 25, and sell each size at its own price.

Can companies pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Bank transfer is included in every plan, next to Stripe Connect, PayPal and the other gateways. The Membership becomes active when you mark the payment as completed.

Can I add a company's people myself?

Yes. Add members in the admin and assign the Membership, or import users and Memberships from a CSV file with their start and expiry dates.

What happens when the company stops paying?

The people in the group lose the access that came from the buyer's Membership. If the buyer renews, the group has access again.

Which plan do I need?

Group accounts come with Full Package and Agency. Recurring billing, invoices, taxes, bank transfer and content restriction work on every plan.
