I can not activate the Plugin

The plugin is activated based on your License Key (Purchase Code), which is verified directly on the Ultimate Membership Pro license server.

You can find your License Key inside your account on ultimatemembershippro.com, under your purchase/order details. Make sure you copy the full key, with no extra spaces before or after it.

If the activation still fails, please go through the following checks:

1. The license server may be temporarily unreachable. If the verification service is momentarily down or under maintenance, the activation can fail. In this case, simply wait a few minutes and try again.

2. Make sure cURL is enabled on your server. Activation relies on a server-to-server connection, and cURL is the standard way two servers exchange data. Check your PHP settings (or ask your hosting provider) to confirm that the cURL extension is installed and enabled.

3. Check that outgoing connections are allowed. Even with cURL enabled, some servers block outgoing requests through a firewall or security policy, which prevents your site from reaching the license server. Ask your hosting provider to confirm that your server is allowed to send and receive data from external servers.

4. Confirm the License Key is valid and available. A key already activated on the maximum number of allowed sites cannot be reused until it is revoked. If you are moving the plugin to a new website, revoke the license on the old site first, then activate it on the new one.

If you have gone through all of the above and the activation still does not work, please contact our support team and include the License Key and the website URL where you are trying to activate.
